  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹10,000.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹10,000, a standard shipping fee of ₹200 will be applied.
  • Express Shipping: Express shipping options are available at an additional cost. The cost varies based on the destination and the weight of the package. The exact fee will be calculated at checkout.

3. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Custom or made-to-order jewellery may take longer to process. The estimated processing time for these items will be specified in the product description.

4. Shipping Time

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary based on the destination and unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or other disruptions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through our courier partner’s website.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within India.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

7. Packaging

All jewellery pieces are carefully packaged in our signature Gokulam Signature Jewels boxes to ensure they arrive safely and in pristine condition.

8. Insurance

All shipments are fully insured. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately.

9. Address Changes

  • If you need to change the shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Address changes after the order has been shipped are not possible.

10. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
